Slide Door Kit Includes:
The EQUUS Stall System consists of a selection of horse stall components. EQUUS Stalls combine the strength and flexibility required for a safe, yet easily assembled, stall system. Rugged, heavy gauge, and galvanized steel components guard against rust and corrosion, while helping to stop the problem of cribbing, chewing and splintering. All wood corners are covered with steel U-channel leaving only flat wood surfaces exposed. Custom design of any stall is easy with EQUUS. Combine individual components to build the stall you want in the space allotted.
Model 4000 Grill Sections.
Galvanized 7/8" pipes, spaced on 4" centers, allow openings of 1 1/8". Galvanized U-channel top and bottom rails fit over standard 1 1/2" lumber. Rubber bushings installed on channel eliminate rattling of bars. Height is 32 3/4". Lengths available are 24" or 48" and can easily be field cut to any size required.
Model 4501 End Channels.
Constructed of 16 gauge galvanized steel for 1 1/2" standard lumber, complete with fasteners for installation of front, back, and intermediate stall walls with or without grills. Fast installation and easy removal as necessary. Length 48".

Header Channel # 4502
Designed to hold header board in place above grill section(s), come complete with fasterners. 7" Length.

Wall Brace # 4503
Join wall boards together for extra strength. Heavy 16 gauge steel formed to prevent sharp edges. Complete with fasteners. Size: 48"

Feeder Door # 4250
Fits in standard grill section and swings right or left. Constructed of 18 gauge galvanized steel with spring loaded latch. Size overall is 31 3/4" x 15 1/4"

Sliding Door Kit.

This sliding door kit consists of the sliding door frame (vertical and horizontal u-channels), single 48" grill section and reinforcement channels, all pre-punched for installation of fasteners which are included. Top rail is prepunched ready to accept drop bolt trolleys. Door is designed to use one sheet of 3/4" plywood cut in half for bottom section or you may use standard lumber 1 1/2" thick. Use of plywood is recommended to avoid warpage and twisting.

National Track Hardware Package

This Dutch Door Kit is made of 16 ga. white steel with crossbuck components to prevent cribbing and sagging, the two most common problems with swinging dutch doors. Strap hinges, barn latch, barrel bolt, astragal and fasteners are included. Unassembled in two cartons. Require 3/4" Plywood.
Flat steel can be added to front and rear to cover plywood. 4' x 7' size consist of two panels. Suggested rough opening 49 1/8" x 87 1/2".
