Our steel ribbed panels are roll formed under stringent quality control to exacting specifications using only "full hard" 80,000 PSI tensile strength 29 gauge steel for maximum load carrying capability. It has exceptionally high spanning properties for it's thickness and weight, and provides sping-like resistance to abuse.
Steel ribbed panels are 38" wide giving 36" coverage which allows you to install it faster. This means fewer rows, fewer panels, fewer sidelaps, faster application with less time spent fitting panels into place. it can be quickly secured into place with screws. Price is based on actual 38" overall width.

Weather-tight Lap Design
Steel ribbed panels look sharp on your buildings. Main rib is 9" on center to cast a shadow and give your building that board and batten look. One or two small stiffening ribs are spaced between the main ribs. Designed for good looks and maximum strength.
The unique siphon groove on the side of the panel interlocks with the side of the next panel to form a weather-tight seal. This design permits a free-flow water runoff while the drain helps channel out water that might be forced into the snug fitting lap.
Custom Cut Lengths
All steel ribbed panels are custom cut to your specified lengths right off the fabrication machine. Allow 7 to 10 days lead time. We do not round to the nearest foot on lengths when figuring your cost...you pay only for what you get.
