16 gauge bone white steel frame and crossbuck components to prevent cribbing and sagging usually a common problem in swinging dutch doors. Strap hinges, barn latch, barrel bolt, astragal and all fasteners included. Unassembled in 2 cartons. 1 1/2" fram system designed to accept your 3/4" plywood. Flat steel can be added to front and or rear to cover flywaood. 4' x 7' size consists of 2 panels 48 3/8" x 43". Suggested rough opening 48 7/8" x 87". The finest exterior dutch door available.

The EQUUS stall system consists of a selection of horse stall components. The EQUUS system combines the strength and flexibility required for a safe, yet easy to assemble stall system. Rugged, heavy gauge galvanized steel components guard against rust and corrosion and sovles the problem of cribbing, chewing and splintering because all wood corners are covered with steel U-channel leaving only flat wood surfaces exposed. Custom design of your stall is easy with EQUUS. Choose from grill sections, sliding door packages, end channels, wall braces, feeder doors and several options. Stalls can be built to nearly any size needed and they are easy to install in your barn.
Model 4000 Grill Sections.
7/8" Galvanized pipes spaced on 4" centers allowing opneings of 1 1/8". Galvanized U-channel top and bottom rail fit over standard 1 1/2" lumber. Rubber bushings installed on channel eliminates rattling of bars. Height is 32 3/4". Lengths available are 24" or 48" and can easily be field cut to any size required.
Model 4501 End Channels.
Constructed of 16 gauge galvanized steel for 1 1/2" standard lumber. Comes complete with fasteners for installation of front, back, and intermediate stall walls with or without grills. Fast installation adn easy removal as necessary. Length 48".

Header Channcel # 4502
Designed to hold header board in place above grill section. Complete with fasterner. 7" Length.

Wall Brace # 4503
Ties wall boards together for extra strength. Heavy 16 gauge steel formed to prevent sharp edges. Complete with fasterning Size: 48"

Feeder Door # 4250
Fits in standard grill section and swings right or left. Constructed of 18 gauge galvanized steel with spring loaded latch. Size overall is 31 3/4" or 15 1/4"

Sliding Door Kit.

This sliding door kit consists of the sliding door frame (vertiacal and horizontal u-channels), grill section and reinforcement channels all pre-punched for installation of fasteners which are included. Top rail is prepunched ready to accept drop bolt trolleys. Door is designed to use one sheet of 3/4" plywood cut in half for bottom section or you may use standard lumber 1 1/2" thick. Use of plywood is recommended to avoid warpage and twisting.
